We contacted Brain Currey in October of 2005 about the possibility of listing our home for sale. Brian came to our house and we had a meeting to discuss what would be involved and to give us some hints about getting ready to sell the house. He was friendly, helpful and professional. We were impressed because he was not pushy or forceful. We decided to go ahead and list our home with The Calgary Home Sales Team a few weeks later. They come over to take pictures and get the listing ready. That same day we had two showings of our home, and that evening we had two offers to select from. They brought the offers to our house and discussed them thoroughly with us so we could make a decision about which one we should pursue. The sale went through within a few days and we got more than we had asked. Then our only problem was that we still needed to find a new house to buy! We started at their office where we looked at home listings on the computer. Kara Thompson, Brian & Gary's office assistant, was fantastic with helping us search the listings on the computer and she gave us printouts for all the houses in which we were interested. We then continued to receive emails several times a day as new listings became available. Brian & Gary were wonderfully patient with showing us homes. They just kept showing us houses until we found the perfect one. Brain was great to accommodate my husband's hectic work schedule, and he were exceedingly patient with us as we brought our two pre-school children with us on many house-viewing trips. When we found the right house for us, Brain came over to write up the offer that same evening. He helped us negotiate terms of the offer and we were able to close that sale within a few days. Overall our house buying and selling experience with The Calgary Home Sales Team was excellent. We would not hesitate to use them again if we should decide to move in the future, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house.
